You will...
- Be invited to meet one of the team over a brief video call to discuss the type of role and school you are looking for
- Be encouraged to create an online profile - it will become your application form for all future roles
- Be able to login and update your profile at any time
- Be asked to advise us of your current situation, for example:
- Please don't contact me right now as I am very happy where I am
- Happy where I am but might be interested if the right role / school came up
- Looking for a new challenge
- Be contacted - as directed by you - should an interesting role become available
- Be able to decide whether you wish to be included in a longlist for a particular role
- Be supported throughout the application process
- Be given feedback at every stage
If you are invited to the school for the shortlist stage and you are successful, the school will be in touch with you directly. If unsuccessful on this occasion, we will seek feedback from the school and discuss it with you to help you prepare for future applications.
